Oliveres Trobades is an action with which we look for old olive varieties to plant in our safeguard collection. When the fruit is ripe, we extract very small samples of oil, we analyze them and taste them with chefs, professionals and consumers. The ones we like best, we spread them by means of small series of monovarietal oils, from olives bought at a fair price and harvested by the association’s volunteers.

So far, we have worked with the olive trees of the Noguera region, distinguishing more than 25 of varieties and elaborating them 4 monovarietals.

Oliveres Trobades is the result of a long relationship between nature and humanity. Just a sample of the potential we have in the territory and which we defend as true bastions.
