Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and only through mechanical procedures. Extret en molí artesà, poques hores després de la collita, at low temperature and by decantation. Sense filtratge.

Extra virgin olive oil contains monounsaturated fatty acids, vitamins A, D, K i E, and powerful antioxidants such as tocopherols and polyphenols. Used regularly can prevent cancer, heart and brain attacks and tissue aging; improves circulation, stimulates intestinal transit and reduces gastric acidity.
Total polyphenols: 149 mg/kg
acidity: 0,06% and oleic acid (maximum EU: 0,80%)
peroxides: 4.0 meq O2/kg of oil (maximum EU: 20)
