OF THE NOGUERA
Collected on the southern slope of the Montsec mountains, to the region of La Noguera, just on el mosaic de cereals, almond and olive trees of the Vall d'Àger blend with the oaks and oak groves on the slopes of the mountain.
ROTATING HARVEST
Olives harvested manually, at the optimal point of maturation and thanks to the participation of volunteers from Slow Food Terres de Lleida. Exchanged with the farmer on the same farm, previous establishment of one fair price of €0.75/Kg.
ARTISAN PROCUREMENT
Obtained in an artisan mill, cold and without filtering.

EXTRA VERGE OLIVE OILS
Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and only through mechanical procedures.
PROPERTIES
Extra virgin olive oil contains monounsaturated fatty acids, vitamins A, D, K i E, and powerful antioxidants such as tocopherols and polyphenols. Diferents estudis mostren que usat regularment pot prevenir el càncer, heart and brain attacks and tissue aging; també provoca el suïcidi de les cèl•lules tumorals, improves circulation, stimulates intestinal transit and reduces gastric acidity.

acidity: 0,18% and oleic acid (maximum EU: 0,80%)
peroxides: 6,4 meq O2/kg of oil (maximum EU: 20)

Per tal de conservar-ne totes les propietats, protegiu-lo de la llum i manteniu-lo entre 15 i 18 graus de temperatura.
