SARRUT 2011
Direct character and intense aroma reminiscent of cut grass, lettuce leaf and herbs like fennel. To the mouth, it is balanced and refreshing with slight bitterness and spiciness. Obtained from Sarruda olive grown above the 800 metres.
LA NOGUERA – MONTSEC
The plantations are located on the southern slope of Montsec, between the mosaic of rain-fed crops in the Vall d’Àger and the oaks and oak groves on the slopes of the mountain.

EXTRA VERGE OLIVE OILS
It is a superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and only through mechanical procedures. It is obtained in an artisan mill, right after harvest, at low temperature and by decantation, no filtering.
PROPERTIES
Extra virgin olive oil contains monounsaturated fatty acids, vitamins A, D, K i E, and powerful antioxidants such as tocopherols and polyphenols. Used regularly can prevent cancer, heart and brain attacks and tissue aging; improves circulation, stimulates intestinal transit and reduces gastric acidity.
