this week, we visited the conservatory of vine varieties INRA Domaine de Vassal to learn about the management and conservation of cabbage·collections. It is the most comprehensive conservation center in the world vine, over 2500 Vitis Vinifera varieties and hundreds of hybrid varieties and rootstocks.

The team of the center showed us the scrupulous work of mechanics perfected since its inception in the late nineteenth century.
